Doug is a seasoned entrepreneur with 30+ years of owning and managing industry leading marketing communication and production companies

He is a forward-thinking leader and enterprising problem solver that has taken multiple businesses from start-up to multi-million dollar revenue streams including a sale to a Fortune 500 company. He has led teams of thousands in multi-site operations in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Prior to his entrepreneur endeavors he pursued a professional baseball career while attending college on an athletic scholarship. From there he accepted a graphic arts intern position with the Dupont Company and a few years later moved on to accept a senior position with Astra-Zeneca as marketing communications specialist. Shortly thereafter he started his first company at the ripe old age of 29.

In addition to his Direct Marketing Association Professional certification he has extensive experience growing and managing diverse groups of staff and companies. His clients were a who’s who among top tier companies with names such as First USA, MBNA, W.L Gore, and the University of Delaware among hundreds of other national companies. He also served as a board member for the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce. In addition to his Scaling Up Coaching Certification, Doug is a credentialed Professional Certified Coach recognized by the International Coaching Federation, the 2nd highest achievement a coach can attain. Lastly, Doug is an executive coach for Vistage Worldwide where he Chairs Four CEO Peer Advisory Boards in the Greater Philadelphia market.
